Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a project, you own the rights to the specific visual design and content created for you. Abeevis retains the rights to our underlying code libraries, frameworks, and reusable components.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Abeevis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
